The breed is not a purebred dog, but is a hybrid or designer dog that is the result of crossing a Yorkshire Terrier with a Poodle. Not much is known about the rare, new breed meaning no standards have been established. To most accurately determine the Yorkiepoo's characteristics it is recommended to research the two parent breeds.
