Thai Bangkaew

The breed originated in the central region of Thailand where the natural flooding of the region produced a barrier that caused the selective breeding of the Thai Bangkaew. Today, they are the most favored breed of Thai dog. The medium sized Spitz type breed weighs 35 to 46 pounds and stands 17 to 21 inches tall. The Thai Bangkaew is alert, friendly, and loyal. They find great joy in protecting their family and home.
