Sheprador

The Sheprador is not a purebred breed, but is a hybrid or designer dog that is the result of crossing an Australian Shepherd with a Labrador Retreiver. Because the popularity of multi-generation breeding has increased, it is not always guaranteed that the breed will be of 50/50 bloodlines. The Sheprador loves to play, but also makes a great guard dog. Yet since the breed is hybrid, their traits can vary widely. To most accurately determine the possible traits of the Sheprador, it is best to research the parent breeds.
