Sarplaninac
The breed originated in southwestern Srbija and northwestern Macedonia where the they were used as guard and flock dogs and later were exported to the U.S. and Canada, where the Sarplaninac breed has become increasingly popular. The large breed weighs 55 to 88 pounds and stands 22 to 24 inches tall. The Sarplaninac is content living and sleeping outside so that they can tend to their flocks. The flocks are the most important to the breed therefore the Sarplaninac is rarely affectionate towards their owner.

It is not Sarplaninac or Sarplaninec it is Šarplaninac, and it weights more than you wrote in discription. It is 100% South Serbian dog.
It is Illyrian Shapherd or Qeni Sharrit which bellongs to Kosova
