Penciltail Feist

The breed developed in the United States hundreds of year ago, where some of the first presidents wrote of them. The small, often noisy Penciltail Feist weighs 10 to 30 pounds and stands 10 to 22 inches tall. The breed is loyal, fearless, and eager to please their masters.
