The breed is not purebred, but a hybrid or designer breed that is the result of crossing an American Eskimo Dog with a Papillon. The happy, affectionate Papimo weighs around 8 pounds, but since the breed is mixed their characteristics vary. To best determine the Papimo's traits, it is best to research the parent breeds.
