Manchester Terrier
This breed was first found in England, where they were bred to hunt rats and other small vermin. The Manchester Terrier can be a cuddly house pet, but once in the barnyard they get to work. This work efficient breed weighs between 12 and 22 pounds and stands at 15 to 16 inches. The Manchester Terriers prefer warm climates and can also do well in small living quarters.
