Lakeland Terrier
Known as one of the oldest breeds of terrier, the Lakeland Terrier dates back to England in the 1800s when they were used for hunting companions and flock guards. Famous for the beard and saddle like appearance of the coat, the Lakeland Terrier weighs approximately 17 pounds and stands at an average of 15 inches tall. The high-energy level of this breed makes them a great companion for an active lifestyle.
