Labrador Retriever
Originally from Newfoundland, the Labrador Retriever initially worked alongside fisherman, but later was cross-bred and became an efficient retriever of game. This particular breed continues to be the most popular breed according to the AKC Registration Statistics. Along with hunting, the breed also excels at being a guide for the blind, part of search-and-rescue teams and in narcotics detection for law enforcements. The breed stands at 21 to 26 inches tall and weighs between 55 and 100 pounds.

I have a lab she is so hyper. But i love her so much her name is dora she gets to excited when people say hi she jumps up. so people are scared but she is the most kind dog that i know .

I have a lab pit mix and omg he is hyper! We even got him fixed at an early age. It didn't help at all! They are so energetic and he loves water! Any time we are near any kind of water he is right in it. But he is my lovable cuddle bug!
