Finnish Spitz
Known as the national dog of Finland, the Finnish Spitz was bred as a small game and bird hunter that almost went extinct in the 1800s, but was revived by two Helsinki sportsmen. This medium sized dog is best known for its golden-red coat. They stand at 15 to 20 inches tall and weigh between 31 and 35 pounds. This lively breed enjoys spending time with its family.
