English Setter

One of the oldest gun-dog breeds, the English Setter was developed more than 400 years ago in England. The stance of this Spaniel breed gives it its name, standing at 24 to 25 inches tall and weighing between 45 and 80 pounds. This breed loves to be around its family and does not thrive when isolated.
