Deutsche Bracke
The Deutsche Bracke is an ancient type of breed that most likely developed from old greyhounds and Celtic hounds. The scent hound type breed was used for hunting both large and small game, the Deutsche Bracke weigh 35 to 40 pounds and stand 16 to 21 inches tall. The breed is very affectionate and friendly, also good with children, but the Deutsche Bracke is most happy out on the hunt with its master.
