Combai
The breed is very ancient back to as far as the 9th century in India where they were used to hunt boar, bear, and deer; while they were once readily available, the Combai is not restricted to certain parts of Tamilnadu and special kennels. The average or exact size of the Combai is relatively unknown because the range is so wide. Though thought of as aggressive, or savage the breed, they can do well with families when properly taught.
