Brittany

The Brittany was named for the French providence that it originated on, but most of the breeds history is lost. According to AKC Registration Statistics, it has become increasingly popular in the United States for it's great ability for hunting and showing. It is a relatively large breed of Spaniel, standing at 17 to 21 inches tall and weighing 30 to 40 pounds. Brittany's remain happy as long as enough exercise and activity is incorporated into their daily activities.
