Boerboel

This mastiff type of dog originated in South Africa for farmers. Boerboels are a very energetic and fun-loving breed that is fairly easy to care for. The large stature of the dog is well known. Often weighing between 154 and 200 pounds and standing at 23 to 28 inches. The guarding nature of this dog sometimes might be a problem, but with the right owners this dog is fabulous.
