Bedlington Terrier
This breed of terrier was named for its development in Northumberland, England in the early 1800s. The Bedlington Terriers were used as racers initially, that enabled them to have great speed and endurance. Known for their white, woolly coat, this breed stands at 15 to 17 inches and weighs between 18 and 23 pounds. The gentle temperament of Bedlington Terriers allow them to be great playmates for children.
