Australian Retriever

The Australian Retriever is a hybrid breed that is the result of a mixture of the Australian Shepherd with a Golden Retriever. Although the name may sometimes be misleading, the breed is not always of 50/50 bloodlines because of the breeding through generations. A fully grown Australian Retriever weighs around 45 pounds. Even though the breed is a heavy shedder, they make a great asset to any family.
